Step 1: Open the Integrations Page
From the main application, use the Settings Tab in the sidebar menu to navigate to the Integrations section. This is where all available integrations, including the ATS Agent, are listed.
Step 2: Access the ATS Tab
Within the Integrations page, navigate to the ATS tab and click Activate Agent associated to the ATS Agent card under the ATS Tab to begin the ATS integration process.
Step 3: Review Credentials
By default, NinjaHire pre-fills the required system credentials for the integration. If you prefer to use your own ATS credentials, you can replace the pre-filled values with your organization's credentials before proceeding with the integration.
Step 4: Configure Advanced Options (If Required)
If the selected ATS requires API-based authentication, expand the Advanced Options section and provide the required API Key and Login URL to complete the integration.
Step 5: Complete ATS Agent Activation
Once all required and advanced settings are confirmed, click the Activate Agent button in the modal to complete the ATS Agent setup.
Step 6: Open Agent Management Options
To deactivate the ATS Agent later, click Manage Agent for the ATS Agent in the Integrations section to open the management options.
Step 7: Remove and Confirm Deactivation
In the management options, select Remove to deactivate the ATS Agent, then confirm the deactivation in the follow-up prompt to finalize the removal.
