Step 1: Open the Integrations Page
From the main application, use the Settings Tab in the sidebar menu to navigate to the Integrations section.
Step 2: Access the Job Boards Tab
Within the Integrations page, open the Job Boards tab and browse the list of available job boards. Click Activate Agent next to the job board you want to integrate with NinjaHire to begin the activation process.
Step 3: Review Credentials and Configure Advanced Settings
In the activation modal, review the credential requirements for the selected job board. NinjaHire typically uses system-managed credentials, but if the job board requires your organization's credentials, enter the necessary details. If additional information such as an API Key, Login URL, or other authentication details is required, provide them under Advanced Options before proceeding.
If the Source Candidates option is enabled, NinjaHire will not only post jobs to the selected job board but will also source candidates from that job board.
Step 4: Finalize Activation of the Agent
After confirming the credentials and settings, click Activate Agent in the modal to complete the connection of the Job Board Agent to your account.
Step 5: Remove and Deactivate the Job Board Agent
If you need to disconnect an activated job board, return to the Job Boards tab, locate the connected job board, and click Manage Agent. From the management options, select Remove, then confirm the deactivation in the pop-up dialog to fully disconnect the job board from your account.
