Building a Targeted Candidate Search with Boolean Filters

Use this process to create a refined candidate search using a boolean query for specific technical skills, run the search, and review the resulting candidate profiles.

Step 1: Open Filters and Paste the Boolean Query

Click on Filters, then locate and select the Paste query field.

Step 2: Enter the Boolean Search String

In the Paste query field, enter a Boolean search string based on the skills, qualifications, experience, certifications, or other requirements you're looking for in a candidate. Use Boolean operators such as AND, OR, and NOT to refine your search and return more relevant candidate profiles.

Step 3: Run the Search from the Visual Builder

Scroll down to the visual builder section and click the Search button to execute the query.

Step 4: Review the Candidate Results

Once the search results load, scroll through the candidate profiles. Review each profile’s qualifications, current role, and listed skills to assess their fit against your technical requirements.
