What a screening result looks like in Ninjahire?

This guide explains how to access screened candidates, review candidate profiles, and evaluate assessments, interview insights, recordings, activity history, and comments throughout the hiring process.

Step 1: Open the Job and Review the Overview

  1. Navigate to the desired job listing and click on it to open the job details page.

  2. In the Overview tab, review:

    • The current status of the job (for example, Open, In Review, or Closed).

    • The list of candidates who have been screened and are ready for final review.

Step 2: View All Screened Candidates

  1. To access the complete list of screened candidates, either:

    • Click View All in the Overview tab, or

    • Select the Screened tab from the left-hand navigation panel.

  2. This opens the Candidate Search view, where you can browse all screened candidates associated with the job.

  3. Review the list and identify the candidates you would like to examine in more detail.

Step 3: Open a Candidate Profile

  1. In the Candidate Search view, locate the candidate you want to review from the list of screened candidates.

  2. Click on the candidate’s name to open their detailed profile.

  3. The candidate profile provides access to screening results, assessments, interview responses, recordings, activity history, comments, and other relevant candidate information.

Step 4: Review the Assessment Tab

  1. Within the candidate’s profile, navigate to the Assessment tab.

  2. Review the AI-generated screening analysis to understand the candidate’s overall suitability for the role.

  3. Examine the detailed assessment rubric, including scores, ratings, and insights across relevant skills, competencies, and evaluation criteria.

  4. Use these insights to identify the candidate’s strengths, areas for improvement, and overall alignment with the job requirements.

Step 5: Analyze Candidate Sentiment

  1. Switch to the Sentiment Analysis tab.

  2. Review the detected emotions (such as neutral and frustration) across the interview to understand the candidate’s emotional tone and engagement.

Step 6: Read the Interview Q&A Transcript

  1. Navigate to the Interview Q&A tab.

  2. Expand the transcript to view the full list of interview questions and the candidate’s responses.

  3. Read through the responses to evaluate communication style, depth of answers, and role fit.

Step 7: Review the Recording, Activity Log, and Comments

  1. Open the Recording tab and click Play to watch the video interview.

  2. Scroll through the synchronized transcript below the video player while the recording plays to correlate spoken responses with the transcript.

  3. Go to the Activity tab and review the communication logs (emails, messages, etc.).

  4. Expand a relevant email to see the details of the invitation or other communications sent to the candidate.

  5. Finally, click on the Comments tab to check whether any internal notes or feedback have been added about the candidate.
