This document explains how to use the AI sourcing feature to automatically find and review relevant candidates for your open roles. The process covers enabling AI sourcing, reviewing AI-suggested candidates, inspecting their details and resumes, and shortlisting selected candidates for further outreach.

Step 1: Confirm Job Title and Role Details

Ensure you have already created the job and filled in the required information, including the job title and all necessary job details such as experience and other role-specific requirements.

Step 3: Open the AI-Sourced Candidates Section

After enabling AI sourcing, navigate to the Candidates section for that job and open the AI sourced tab.

Here, the AI will scan the candidate landscape and present a list of matching candidates for the selected job. Each entry is more than just a name; it includes a walkthrough of the candidate’s profile, highlighting the skills and experience that align with your role. You will see details such as experience, education, bio, and other relevant information.

Step 4: Open a Candidate’s Detailed Profile

From the AI-sourced candidates list, click on a specific candidate to open their detailed profile page.

On this page, you can review the full candidate details, including their background and suitability for the role.

Step 5: View and Manage the Candidate’s Resume

Within the candidate’s detail page, you can view and manage their resume.

You can download the resume, preview it directly, and use it to further assess the candidate’s fit.

Based on your review, you can take actions such as:

  • Shortlisting the candidate for the job

  • Adding the candidate to an outreach sequence

  • Rejecting the candidate if they are not a good fit

Step 6: Shortlist the Candidate and Proceed with Next Steps

Once you have evaluated the candidate and decide to move forward, click Shortlist for that candidate.

After shortlisting, the candidate will appear on the job’s main candidate page. From there, you can perform outreach and take any necessary next steps in your hiring process.
