This process explains how to fine‑tune your sourcing filters in Ninjare so the AI prioritizes candidates based on your must‑have requirements and optional preferences, including skills, experience, and location radius.
Step 1: Open the Filter Editing Panel
On the co-sourcing screen, select Edit Filters to open the sourcing criteria configuration panel.
Step 2: Configure Required vs Optional Criteria
Within the filter panel, click on any skill or parameter to set its importance level. Mark a parameter to make it a required (must-have) criterion, and unmark it to make it an optional preference. This ensures the AI prioritizes candidates who meet your non‑negotiable requirements first. You can apply this to all available filters such as job titles, current job titles, years of experience, and skills.
Step 3: Define Geographic Location and Radius
Configure the location criteria by specifying the geographic area and search radius. You can limit your search to local talent within, for example, a 25‑mile radius, or expand it to a nationwide search. The AI will adjust the sourcing results instantly based on your selected location parameters.
